Positive: this place doesn't do breakfast
Negative: The stairway is dangerous; there's one step that’s larger than the others. The stairway is very dark as the lights don't work. The lights from exit signs are so dirty they don't do the job either. The height difference from the unit onto the stairway is very dangerous. The screen door to outdoor sitting area is off its rail, needs new wheels to stay on the track, could fall on child. In the first room the wardrobe door, L/H door is of its rail. No shelves in both bedrooms only a rail to hang clothing, no clothes hangers. Luggage and clothes had to lay on the floor, no other option. Big stain on the couch. Only 1 tea towel for 4 days, no kitchen hand towels. The morning of arrival we walked through open gates and after making a call to the office, the cleaner came and let us in the unit, we were very grateful for that, he gave us the key, he finished cleaning while we could rest. We didn't get email as there was no reception, we were not bothered as we were in the unit. Late afternoon the daughter came and sorted out the Wi-Fi to get on the net. We didn't look at the email again, thinking all was good. We could get in and out the complex, but the last night we used the only pin we had, and it was incorrect. It would be a very good idea to send codes the day before arrival, so one can organize oneself and not hope the net will work at arrival at the complex. A booklet in the unit for the Wi Fi number, advise how the microwave works, gate code, would be so much easier. We enjoyed our stay and will call you for our next visit for a ground floor unit.
