Summary: Holly’s communication was excellent, check in was super simple. The place was spotless upon arrival, the trays on the beds a beautiful aesthetic touch! There was tea and coffee in the cupboard which was really nice too and much appreciated! The street is nice and quiet, located right beside the Comber Greenway, which is a lovely walkway in East Belfast. It is a one way street that you need to reverse out of, but as a competent driver, this isn’t an issue. It’s in close proximity to ballyhack and Belmont for nice cafes, a short drive or walk away: from town centre I personally always got a taxi and you’re there in 10 mins. It really was perfect for our purpose in Belfast, cosy, comfortable, clean. As I know it’s a new listing, to help them perfect their offering, I would suggest an iron (the lovely neighbour helped us out 😊), ironing board, toaster and hand towels to be on hand for guests for an even better experience. I think there’s great opportunity for them to put a nice table and chairs out the back also, and maybe a couple of beanbags for extra seating in the living room. Maybe a little notebook on the table that has all the relevant info the guest will need also, practical house info, and local info to get around, tips for local places etc. I’ve seen this in other places and it feels like an even warmer welcome 😊 but as a local NI girl, I knew my way around very well, and would be very happy to stay again! PS. It would be remiss of me not to mention that Holly also very kindly accommodated a late check out of an extra hour at very short notice. She didn’t have to do this, and was very accommodating and the gesture was much appreciated! Thank you Holly for your hospitality! 😊
