It has a dining room with Wi-Fi service and gas fireplace, American kitchen with all services, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Its interior is spacious and bright with large windows with beautiful views of the mountains where you can feel immersed in nature. Its decoration is modern and cozy with vaulted ceilings and attention to detail to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It is a practical villa as it is all on one floor and sustainable since it has solar panels for hot water. Outside they have different spaces for leisure and rest. A terrace with a summer dining room, a stone barbecue and a private pool, where you will undoubtedly spend wonderful moments with your family. The garden will be able to enjoy fruit trees and spectacular sunsets in the gazebo area. For your convenience they have 1 parking space in the same house at street level. It is located in a quiet and well connected urbanization. Without a doubt, a great choice to spend a fantastic family vacation.
Between the Montnegre and Corredor mountains, Vallgorguina offers visitors a long history that goes from the prehistoric remains of the Pedra Gentil dolmen. Vallgorguina's climate is coastal Mediterranean, temperatures are mild throughout the year. For lovers of hiking, from the Natural Park of Montnegre and the Corridor there are two routes on foot: that of the Pedra Gentil dolmen, a gentle two-hour excursion along paths and well-signposted tracks that begins in Montseny street, and that of Can Vilar and the hollow of Can Montasell, a long but gentle excursion of about four kilometres. You can get brochures for the two routes at the Park Office in the village. At 8.3km you can enjoy the beach of Arenys de Mar, explore the Costa del Maresme and the charm of its ports and its Mediterranean gastronomy.
