Summary: I have stayed at other Home2Suites in the past, but this one wasn’t as good. The size of the room was smaller, the breakfast buffet was under stocked everyday and the meat was undercooked. There was only one person refilling the breakfast buffet, and she was very slow with refilling. When she would refill, it would only be a small portion which still wasn’t enough for the amount of people. There were only plastic utensils which made it difficult to cut up waffles with. This location only gives you one remote control per room, even if you have a suite with two televisions. The room doesn’t have a fresh smell like it’s been cleaned from the previous guest. I asked for a late checkout and was only offered 1 additional hour despite it being a weekday and the hotel not being fully booked. 2 hours would have been nice since the check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11:00am, not even a full 24 hours. I can see 1 hour, if it’s a weekend and they are fully booked. This made it a huge inconvenience since we were in town for an event and would not be back to check out in time. Therefore, we had to check out at 7:30am. The good things about the hotel is that the check in and check out process was quick and easy, the pool was clean, and the weight room was nice.
