Negative: The kitchen is connected to old electricity, which means if you use more than 2 hotplates, electricity will be lost and you will be without electricity. It is necessary to reactivate the main circuit breaker, the kettle is missing. The freezer freezes irregularly, and there is constant water in the refrigerator. A dishwasher is included, but without tablets and any other cleaning agents.
Summary: Clean, quite comfortable but because of not function kitchen never more, no view from windows.
