Aloha and welcome to Hale Moana, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse nestled in the exclusive gated community of Kaiulani in Princeville on the spectacular north shore of Kauai. Offering a clean & contemporary design with elegant furnishings, and decorated with details reminiscent of Old Hawaii, this charming and stylish 2500 sq. ft. home for 6 guests is sure to inspire a worthwhile tropical getaway for all to enjoy.
Enter into Hale Moana’s bright and spacious wraparound common areas that display high-vaulted ceilings, large sliding doors, ceiling fans, ample window displays as well as a skylight, offering ample light and airflow throughout the space. The living area is furnished with a plush leather couch & armchair and a large flatscreen smart TV mounted above the toasty fireplace, making it the perfect setting for hosting social gatherings or laying low and enjoying a cozy movie night. Around the corner is the deluxe gourmet kitchen, outfitted with all stainless steel appliances, smooth granite countertops, a large island counter, and a double wine chiller, making any chef feel right at home while whipping up some culinary delights to be served at the formal dining table that seats 6 guests under the opulent chandelier.
Step outside to the back covered lanai (patio) that holds another dining table for 6 as well as a small breakfast table to enjoy the majestic morning light or an afternoon meal. There is a barbecue grill station for hosting festive cookouts while overlooking the lush Hawaiian landscape, enjoying the famous Hawaiian sunset or staring up at the starlit night sky. There is a 2-car garage with 1 parking space available as well as ample storage space, and laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer.
There are 2 Primary bedrooms that both come furnished with a plush California King bed, flatscreen television, large walk-in closet, views across the manicured golf course outside, and each have their own private ensuites with a large jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. There is also a computer and printer available in the upper-level Primary bedroom. The Guest bedroom located on the upper level comes with a queen bed and a private ensuite.
