Our lovely 4 bed 2 bath home is situated only 300m from the beach at Ledge Point. Fully self contained with TV/DVD and other comforts of home. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and ensuite, Bedroom 2 has 2 sets of sturdy bunk beds and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed & Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds which can be combined to make a king size bed. The wrap-around verandahs ensure that you can sit outside no matter where the breeze is coming from. Watch sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your chair or take your glass and amble down to the beach to watch from there. We are within easy walking distance to the Ledge Point General Store & Bakery. Lancelin is only 10kms north should you want to visit the surf beaches and shopping areas there. Ledge Point is the home of the International Windsurfing Classic held each January but there are always kite/windsurfers out in the afternoon. This is somewhere you can park your car at the start of your stay and not need it again until the end of your stay. Sorry - NO LEAVERS - NO PETS
