This was our full time residience when we were in CO. Since moving out of state , we use it for family travel. I just love sitting on the balcony morning, noon and night. It's hard to beat Colorado Springs weather!
Conveniently located at I-25 and Woodman Road, 10 minute drive to Garden of the gods, 10 minute drive to USAFA, 55 minutes to downtown Denver.
Walking distance to Santa Fe Trail, Ute valley. An abundance of shopping and dining options surrounding the home.
Views from the pool! Central A/C!!! New carpet, new paint. Home is stocked with towels, linens, kitchenware. Comfortably sleeps 6. Only two vehicles allowed for parking. 2 pet maximum.
