Summary: The condo is just as advertised. It is an easy walk across the street to the beach. There is some street noise while you are on the balcony but it wasn’t horrible. You can see and hear the ocean from your balcony. There is a Walmart, gas station, beach store and liquor store behind the resort that you can walk to in 2-3 minutes. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. 2 king beds, bunk room with 2 singles and a pull out sleeper sofa. The master bathroom is huge! Vinyl plank flooring through the entire condo. They have the usual kitchen appliances but the air fryer was a nice surprise. There are also several nice beach chairs in the condo to use. We received all the info in advance for check in and check out. WiFi and air worked great. I had no reason to contact the property manager during our stay as we had no issues. The parking is a bit overwhelming at first but I suggest parking in the North garage on the 2nd or 3rd floor as close to the skywalk as possible. Then you can just take the elevator up to your floor. At the gate when we arrived the attendant said we would have to go to the lobby to check in but we did not have to. The property management left our wrist bands on the counter and supplied the door code. We just walked right in to our condo with no issues.
