Positive: Good location easy to get to local attractions. Home was attractively decorated and well-appointed with linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc.
Negative: Shower floor in master bath was dangerously slippery and water leaks onto bathroom floor. Master bedroom could use some dark curtains as the streetlight outside keeps the room very bright overnight. Interior door connecting to neighboring unit should be secured as it wasn't clear if it was locked from our side and the other renter was unable to enter. Noise travels easily from neighboring unit.
