Our spectacular luxury apartment Constitución Deluxe 3 Beds is located in an unbeatable location, next to Plaza de la Constitución, the heart of the historical centre, around which all the sites of interest are located. From the picture windows you overlook the Plaza and Calle Nueva, one of the main commercial streets in the city of Málaga.
Just 100 metres away you will find Calle Larios, a pedestrianed steet, as the one where apartment Calle Arquitecto Blanco Soler is located.
Since its origins Calle Larios has had mixed usage, from road traffic to pedestrians, until it was remodelled in 2003 and became a pedestriansed street. In addition to being an important commercial street, one of the first in Spain, along with Plaza de la Constitución it forms an important urban site witness to renowned local events.
250 metres away from the apartment you will find the Cathedral, known by the locals as La Manquita, due to its missing tower.
A few metres away from the Cathedral is the Arabic fortress of the Alcazaba. In order to visit you can get up to it by using the lift opposite the City Hall, which will take you up to the highest point of the site. You can then walk down through its interior to its exit via the Roman Theatre.

From the apartment you can reach Muelle Uno by taking a calm and pleasant stroll. It is located at the end of the Port, just over a 15 minute walk, and this quay constitutes a new concept of commercial centre. It is facing the sea and it is a buoyant commercial street offering a unique shopping, leisure and food experience. It is an open commercial area which offers a wide range of shops and restaurants of unique character.
Regarding means of transport, it is very well communicated apartment. The bus station is along La Alameda Principal (Main Boulevard), which is 2 minutes away. You can get from one end of the city to the other. Here there are also several taxi ranks and horse carriages. Train station María Zambrano is located 2.3 kilometres away and the airport of Málaga is 13 kilometres away, about a 20 minute drive. The suburban bus station is also very close by, next to the Port, where the Málaga Eye is also located - 600 metres away, for destinations in the metropolitan area such as Benalmádena Costa, Torremolinos, Rincón de la Victoria, etc.
You can enjoy La Malagueta Beach, 2.5 kilometres away. It is 1,200 metres long and 45 metres wide and is the nearest beach to the port of Málaga on the eastside. It is one of the most frequented beaches by locals due to its link to the city and easy access.

Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)
