Summary: Hotel communal areas were great. Lovely and clean throughout. Extra cost wasn't aware of included ndoor pool charge to use, needed a swim hat to use indoor pool or buy one if didn't bring and kids club usage charges if not on all inclusive basis Hotel room was clean and tidy but had some DIY issues like loose door handles and light fittings. Was also a leak coming through bathroom Ceiling. Logged it and they came quickly to try to resolve sadly the leak despite being resolved still occurred.
