We are in Via Salette a few meters from the beach, practically with the sand of the beach that reaches almost the entrance gate of the villa Nikita. At 100m the La Nave plant is the best Sperlonga can offer you in this area in terms of service, entertainment, evening shows. An umbrella + 2 sunbeds are booked and included in the rent of the house. At all hours of your days on the beach are always available establishment and accessories and a clear sea.
Entering by car or car (max 2) from the wide gate you can park in the private space of the house in an exclusive area and closed to third parties. Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.

Sperlonga City Tax
I remind the kind guests that, throughout Sperlonga, the Tourist Tax entered into force fully paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Extra time check-in:
Check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After these times a supplement will be applied for the extra check-in of € 30.00.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the villa is free from the night before your arrival, you can easily enter by 12:00. The check-out is at 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged hairy friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets allowed.
However, we advise you that there are no beaches that allow animals to enter Sperlonga.
Walking around
