Villa Curaçao, Banda Ariba (east), Jan Thiel, Holiday Villa Mayaluna Villa Mayaluna: our holiday home is a detached tropical villa of 220 m2 situated on a large plot of 1200 m2. Our holiday home is beautifully windy so that there is always a cooling breeze. The garden offers a lot of privacy and is completely walled and overgrown with tropical trees and plants. In the garden there is a large swimming pool with pool deck, outside shower and a large new palapa. You can sunbathe here or sit in the shade under the palapa. There are also several shady corners for relaxing. The palapa is a wonderful place to have breakfast, lunch or a nice barbecue by the swimming pool in the garden. You have access to the plot through an automatic gate with remote control. There is parking space for 3 to 4 cars on the site. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, combi microwave oven and various smaller appliances. You also have free access to a washing machine and dryer in the utility room. The villa has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, the master bedroom has its own bathroom and large dressing. The second double bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The third and fourth bedrooms both have a single bed with fitted wardrobes. The villa is completely barred, this is very common on Curacao and surrounding countries. The villa is located in Jan Thiel east on Curacao. Jan Thiel is a popular neighborhood in Curaçao. The neighborhood is very centrally located in the tourist area of Curacao, approximately 15 minutes east of Willemstad and 3 minutes from Papagayo and Zanzibar beach. Additional costs ; Price final cleaning: € 130 We ask for a deposit of € 450. Check-in 4.00 pm, check-out 11.00 am. Extra service: to prevent waiting, you can book an early check-in of € 50 from 1.00 pm and a late check-out of € 50 to 6.00 pm if possible. Prices are excl. 7% tourist tax per person. Price electricity € 0.45 per KWH will be deducted from the deposit. Extra cleaning is an option and you can book this with the booking request: costs are € 60.00 each time. Weekly change of bed linen and towels is free. Request a baby cot when booking, use is free. Water and gas is free WITH NORMAL USE !!! Wifi - internet is free.
