Summary: Overall the hotel is clean. Our issue was the air conditioner wasn’t working well in our room. I let the front desk know in the morning and they asked if I turned the temperature down, really? Told them we’d be gone for the day so it can be fixed. Came back late in the evening and nothing was done with it.
