It is a natural gem, which on one side lies out to the fields, where it is possible to look at horses. On the other hand, there is a fantastic view of a nature area, which contains many of the forest animals, who come daily to the garden and appreciate that fresh fruit has been laid out.
The house is located on a cul de sac, about 12 meters up from the lowest point of the plot. From the ground there are about 250 meters down to the beach, where it is possible to fish with a rod, by diving or catching shrimp with nets. Furthermore, canoeing or paddleboarding.
