Our sunlit and cozy Villa Blue is located in the heart of Istria in the tranquil village of Burići, only an 18km car or bike ride to the pictoresque Rovinj, one of the pearls of the Adriatic. Because of its location with all the main roads and highway nearby, the Villa is perfectly located for exploring the wonders of Istria. We transformed an old stable built in 1927 into a cozy and beautiful home.
If you want to get away from the mass tourism, but still be close enough to everything worth seeing and to everywhere worth being, Villa Blue is exactly what you are looking for. Far from hurry, work, worry and stress, this is exactly what Villa Blue offers. A vacation just waiting for you.
The ground floor of our Villa is around 45 m² in size and comprises of the following: an open space setting with a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dining table for up to 8 people, a 65" flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. The guests have a magnificent pool and patio view and a covered terrace. On the ground floor there is an additional guest toilet.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200cm) with beautiful views of the garden and sea in the distance. There are closets, flatscreen TVs and air conditioning units in every room. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms of which one is private to the main bedroom.
On the outside you will find a big terrace equipped with a kitchenette, a dining table for up to 8 people, aprivate pool with deck chairs at your disposal. There is also an outside shower and a fully equipped charcoal barbeque grill. The property is surrounded by traditional Istrian stone walls to ensure maximum privacy for the guests.
In case of need there is a travel bed for small children up to 3 years old in the holiday home. Please note that we do not accept pets.
Burići is a small village in the heart of Istria and is perfectly located for exploring its natural beauties via car or bicycle. There is a 21km bike route through the forrest "Štrika Ferata" that will take you to the wonderful city of Rovinj where you can enjoy on the beach, or just exploring the city. If you want to get away from the crowds and enjoy a more rural and medieval setting, the town of Svetvinčenat is only 3km away. On the other hand, the city of Pula with its ancient Roman sights (amphitheatre, Ancient Roman triumphal arches etc.) is only a 35km drive away. Also the national park of Brioni islands are close by which makes it very easy to visit and enjoy all the natural beauties the park has to offer.
Fancy some truffles? The town of Motovun and its surroundings are great for exploring the local natural beauties with excellent Istrian cuisine based on pasta and truffles, its just 38km away from Villa Blue. While you are in the neighborhood you can stop by wonderful Grožnjan, Momjan and Buje to enjoy a glass of wine.
