This brand new charming summer villa is located in a quiet area surrounded by untouched nature. It is close to Ponti and the valley of Vassiliki. The villa overlooks the entire of Vassiliki Bay and the Ionian sea.
The large outdoor area with dining setting (table and chairs) on the upper deck is perfect for relaxed breakfasts or alfresco dinners. The lower deck boasts a private infinity pool, surrounded by luxourious sunbeds and sun umbrella. From here you can enjoy the fantastic sea views.
The villa has two lovely double bedrooms. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and a balcony with stunning sea views. The living area has been designed with open beamed ceilings decorated with modern furniture, and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining areas. The living room has a small toilet as well.
A quiet, unspoilt location in the evergreen pine clad loft of Ponti just above Vassiliki. Only a 3 minute drive to Vassiliki Beach and 5 minute drive to Vassiliki harbour. It is so quiet as there is no one property within a radius of 100 meters (apart from 3 horizon villas).
