This brand new charming summer villa with swimming pool is located in a quiet area surrounded by untouched nature. It is close to Ponti and the valley of Vassiliki. The villa overlooks the entire of Vassiliki Bay and the Ionian sea.
The large outdoor area and split leveled with dining setting (table and chairs) on the upper deck, perferct setting for fresh breakfasts or alfresco dinners, whilst the lower deck boasts a private infinity pool, surrounded by luxourious sunbeds and sun umbrella bringing you one with the view!
The villa has one lovely double bedroom. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, TV and balcony with it's own stunning sea view. The living area has been designed with open beamed ceilings decorated with modern furniture, and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge and dining areas.
A quiet, unspoilt location in the evergreen pine clad loft of Ponti just above Vassiliki. Only a 3 minute drive to Vassiliki Beach and 5 minute drive to Vassiliki harbour. It is so quiet as there is no one property within a radius of 100 meters (apart from 3 horizon villas).
