Away from mass tourism and traffic jams, but still right where it is all happening! The detached five-star house is on the outskirts of the tranquil little town of Tribsee. The house was classified as 5-str by the DTV for a maximum of eight people.
The holiday house with quality furnishing consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor has a big living and dining room (50m²), a bathroom and a wellness area with a sauna (four people), including LED colour lighting and an extra large shower. The living room provides leather relaxation armchairs and a sofa, a big flatscreen TV, a BluRay player and a cosy fireplace. The dining space has a modern, fully-equipped built-in kitchen and a dining table for eight people.
The living and dining room opens onto the terrace of ca. 40m² by the west gable end that is sheltered from the wind and views in. You can enjoy the sunshine here from the late afternoon until the evening. There is an adjoining ca. 4000m² lawn. The upper floor has four bedrooms and another bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, the third has two single beds and the fourth has two single beds that can also be pushed together as a double bed.
The owner (himself an enthusiastic motorbiker) offers roofed parking space for motorbikes on a neighbouring site. Bikers are welcome.
Various shops, a petrol station, medical facilities and a restaurant can be found locally a maximum of two kilometres from the holiday house. The owner lives in the building next door. The townscape of Tribsee is characterised by the dominant St. Thomas Church, with a medieval carved altarpiece. Nearby there is a pristine natural landscape with forests, meadows, rivers and a moor. The little town of Tribsee is centrally located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and is an ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful region. Trip destinations such as Rügen, Usedom, the Mecklenburg lakes plateau, the Baltic Sea coast from Fischland-Darss-Zingst are easy to get to. Larger cities such as Hamburg or Berlin are about 2 hours away by car or motorbike. There is also plenty to see and explore in the immediate vicinity.
