This holiday house refurbished in 2006 lies in the valley of Monte Grappa. Surrounded by the green mountain landscape, guests can spend their holiday in the midst of nature and take a break from daily working life. The owner lives in a house in the neighbourhood and is happy to assist guests with any queries or problems they may have.
Outside on the terrace, guests can enjoy the sunny weather and the surrounding landscape. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided by the owner. Two bicycles are available, so that guests can explore the landscape on a cycle tour. For arrivals by car, there is an on-site parking space.
The holiday house has a modern interior and provides guests a high level of comfort on two floors. The stone façade and the exposed wooden beams on the ceiling in the interior give the house a very special ambience. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where there is an open bedroom. The house can sleep four people on a double bed (190 x 160cm) in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. If required, a single bed (190 x 90cm) can be added on the upper floor, providing accommodation for a total of five people. The kitchen provides all the standard appliances such as a stove, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and an additional mini oven. The bathroom has a shower. There is also a washing machine and wireless Internet access is available.
Apart from various mountain bike tours, there is also the hang-gliding and paragliding centre “Monte Grappa AirPark” for sports enthusiasts (about 500 metres away). In the nearby village about 1000 metres away there are shops and public transport connections. The nearest train station is about 8km away. The holiday house is about 45km from Treviso airport.
