The manor house - built in 1865 and recently completely renovated and expanded in 2010, is located in a beautiful, untouched natural landscape with countless lakes and rivers, impressive mountains and moors.
The house with the charm of a Victorian manor house offers all the comfort enough space (living space 600m²) for up to 15 guests.
With six double bedrooms, a twin and a single room - all with private bath - it offers enough space for 15 people.
Dine in grand dining room with terrace, from where you can enjoy a more impressive view over the Bay Camus. The in-house bar with an open fireplace invites you to contemplative finale.
The spacious kitchen of the mansion is equipped with modern facilities aimed that several chefs can do together to work.
Shaping the capacity of the common areas are as follows:

Private staff available to guests for everyday disposal. Our driver will pick you up on request with up to 4 people with the limousine from the airport, the housekeeper and excellent chef take care of the homelike comfort and your well-being. The property is ALL INCLUSIVE (food, beverages) weekly rent, with "Home & Land & Personal" for the sole use.
The property has its own fishing waters, its own fishing port as well as a hunting area (red deer, snipe, grouse, pheasants, ducks and geese) in the immediate vicinity. Fishing enthusiasts will find salmon, pike and sea and lake trout. In-house traditional fishing boats are at guests' disposal to arrive at the desired places.
Take advantage of the unique atmosphere Screebes for constructive and creative business meetings in smaller groups or for incentive trips (accommodation for 15 persons). The latest technology (projector, plasma large screen, high-performance projector, wireless) is available in darkened meeting room.
Enjoy the luxurious spaciousness of the house and its outdoor facilities for weddings or other celebrations. The well-tended garden of the house can be used for parties of up to 200 people. Of course, is the Screebe sedan - also with driver - for the ride to church in the neighboring Camus or to the registry office available. A civil ceremony can take place also in Screebe. Gladly this garden pavilion for 50 persons is used which takes place on the terrace.
The property is located in the West of Ireland, Connemara, near the Atlantic coast. The nearest airports are at Galway (1h), Knock & Shannon (2h), Dublin (2.5h. A helicopter Country Place is located on the premises.
