Spacious and elegant 16th-century villa located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the Florentine hills, just 2.5 km from the Mall Outlet Village shopping centre.
The location is fabulous; surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, castles and small villages with their ancient stone churches, the villa enjoys breathtaking views, especially at sunset.
The villa, which can accommodate up to 18 people, has a large, well-kept garden, a beautiful terrace with barbecue for outdoor dining and a saltwater swimming pool overlooking the valley (14x7 m, 140 cm deep, with outdoor shower and heatable on request) located on a solarium, next to a small relaxation area with sauna, treadmill, exercise bike and bathroom with shower. Recently renovated, with special attention to detail and furnishings, the house offers a warm and cosy atmosphere, a charm that will make your holiday unforgettable.
The property consists of the main villa and an outbuilding, a renovated barn. Main villa, 450 sqm.
