On the border of Gers and Tarn et Garonne, Maison Kalia awaits you in its private park of 2000m2 on the hillside for a relaxing stay, in the calm of the South-West countryside.
Elegant Gascon cottage 1h15 from Toulouse. Renovated with a particular attachment to furniture, flirting with a certain idea of design where materials and their textures create the atmosphere. Carved wood, steel, leather, high-tech equipment (NETFLIX). Well-equipped kitchen, gym/office, swimming pool, summer kitchen, video games room... An ideal haven of peace for 8 people. with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All on the hillside, not overlooked, with a bird's eye view of the sunrise. Magic !
Outside, it is enchantment. A view without nuisance, nor opposite and absolute calm to enjoy the various terraces with garden furniture and parasols: a terrace with a view of the rising sun near the kitchen for breakfast (a treat!), a solarium terrace with sunbeds and cushions, deck chairs, resin garden furniture with cushions, parasols... Maison Kalia, located 40 minutes from Montauban and 1h15 from Toulouse, is on the border of two territories and therefore two different terroirs to visit. And on the other, the north of Gers and the pretty town of Lectoure, perched on its rocky outcrop with its village of jugs, Fleurance and its hamlet of stars.
