"La Fontanette" is a charming holiday home, which can accommodate 6 people in a quiet residential area on the "Hauts de Salavas", located 2km from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc in Ardèche.
You will have a garden equipped with deckchairs, a garden furniture, a private and secure swimming pool (5x10m), a shaded terrace where you will enjoy barbecues.
Private parking is at your disposal.
The 85 m2 house is divided into:
- 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and the other with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds).
- A large living room with a magnificent fireplace, sofa, TV, dining table.
- An independent WC.
