Upon entering the villa you will find on the ground floor a modern furnished open plan dining and living area, with a corner sofa and a flat screen with an Androit box with unlimited channels and movies for your entertainment. Free wi-fi all over the villa.
The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 ring hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and a washing machine.
Further on the ground floor you will find a separate WC.
Stairs lead to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located. All the bedrooms are modern and stylish and provide top quality king size beddings for your comfort and are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating. A safety deposit box is available and a hairdryer is supplied.
A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.

In the area there are some great running, hiking and cycling routes for those who enjoy the outdoors. The beach is just 2 minutes drive far from the villa. The famous sandy beach of Coral bay and Coral Bay resort with numerous of bars, restaurants and amenities, is within a quick 7 minute drive.
The Paphos harbor, Kato Paphos and Paphos market are about 7 minutes drive, with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities.
Plenty of nearby beaches are honored with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire, all kind of watersports are available and beach cafés providing refreshments.
A little further along from Coral bay is the Sea Caves area, which provides ideal snorkeling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. Paphos Town is located within a 10 minute drive of the villa. The town is of exceptional architectural and historic value and is worth viewing. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbor and medieval port.
Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-carting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a water park and the Paphos Bird and Animal Park.
