Villa Agnese is an elegant mansion in the Tuscan hills, the former residence of a noble family in the 1800s. The structure is spread over three floors. The internal staircase connects all the floors of the villa. The first floor can be accessed either from the ground floor or from the external staircase adjacent to the villa.
The ground floor consists of two rooms:
- a living room with a double sofa bed, a tea table and a fireplace.
- a laundry room, fully equipped with all essential facilities. Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and clothesline.
The first floor consists of:
- a large, professional kitchen with a large table that can seat up to 12 diners. Fully equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and all major kitchen utensils. The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor area with barbecue and outdoor dining table.
- a living room with 2 leather sofas and armchairs and a glass table. The room is large and bright thanks to the windows overlooking the Tuscan hills. There is a fireplace in the room. The decorations are of high historical and artistic value as the villa was the residence of an ancient noble family.
- a double bedroom equipped with a double bed, bookcase, chest of drawers and a window overlooking the villa's park. There is also a bathroom with shower.
The second floor consists of
- 1 double bedroom with private bathroom. The ceiling of the room is frescoed. There are two windows overlooking the front of the villa.
- 1 double bedroom with private bathroom. In the room there is an antique writing desk and a wardrobe. The two windows give light and a view of the Tuscan countryside.
- 1 double bedroom with private bathroom. The room has an antique wooden dresser with mirror, a wardrobe and two windows.
- 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom. The room is large and overlooks the back of the villa with its two windows. There is a wooden trunk and a wardrobe.
The rooms and bathrooms are modern and functional, recently renovated.
There is air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity up to a consumption of 200 kW per week - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; small pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet a week); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
