Villa with heated swimming pool 7 minutes from the centre of Marrakech with hotel service The villa is located 5 km from Marrakech on the road to the dam. It is very easy to access via a 4-lane road and an 800 m track. It is in the middle of the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of the medina. The building is inspired by local and contemporary architecture, with an emphasis on soft, natural colours. It is decorated with simplicity and sobriety that suits rest and comfort.
The villa is set in 1 hectare of land with 4,000 m2 of landscaped grounds and 6,000 m2 of vegetable garden and an area reserved for animals (donkeys, chickens).15x5 swimming pool heated in winter, with pool house, lounge, bar and shower room with WC. Around the pool are 10 very comfortable sun loungers (200x90) and a 200x200 bed.
The ground floor of the villa has 1 European living room and a modern Moroccan living room with satellite television, a dining room for 12 people opening onto a covered terrace of 40 m2, a large patio isolates 2 large bedrooms, one of which has a terrace overlooking the pool, a large kitchen with all equipment and laundry room. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms with terrace and solarium.
The location of the villa is ideal, as there are 6 golf courses nearby, a riding school, a large water park and a large shopping centre 3 km away. The centre of Marrakech and the medina are 7 minutes away by car.
For the amateurs we have a ground of bowls to the standards, or will be able to slacken you after the swimming pool. We provide hotel service with a cook, butler and cleaner. Day and night security.
