Spacious, high-quality furnished 5-room villa for 6 people directly by the sea with a large terrace, swimming pool, garden with bowling alley and breathtaking views. The picturesque fishing and holiday resort of Kukljica on the island of Ugljan with restaurants, daily market, shops and marina is approx. 15 minutes' walk away. The historic city of Zadar (4th century) with around 80,000 inhabitants can be reached by public transport in approx. 45 minutes.
The highlight of the villa is the magnificent view from the 170 square metre terrace with swimming pool measuring 7m x 3.5m. The south-facing barbecue area invites you to linger. The plot extends over 600 square metres, the villa itself over around 220 square metres. The living/dining area with fully equipped open-plan kitchen is on the ground floor level. The large, sliding panoramic windows provide a marvellous sea view and direct access to the terrace and pool area.
On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with double beds, a medium-sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC, a bathroom with double washbasin and shower and a separate WC. There is a further bathroom with shower and WC on the ground floor. All rooms as well as the living/dining area are equipped with air conditioning. The large terrace (9 x 3 metres) can be accessed from both bedrooms and offers a fantastic 180° panoramic view of the nearby island, the sea and the mainland opposite.
As the passage to the open sea and the Kornati Islands is in the immediate vicinity, you can watch the fishing and sports boats pass by from the terrace and spend an entertaining time with family or friends. Behind the villa is a car park for 2 cars.
