Beautiful Villa Marina is situated in the southern part of the island, very close to the capital Palma and ever closer to the beach. It offers the perfect mix our guests might look for: visiting museums or historical monuments, getting to know the history and culture of our beautiful and magical island, shopping… On the other side, one can enjoy the sunny days while swimming in the villa, away from the masses and the crowds. Just ideal for your dreamed vacation!
This house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing comfort up to 8 guests, due to its space and big areas, such as the garden. WIFI provided in all the areas.
The kitchen area is connected to the dining area as well as with the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the devices our guests might need: such as dishwasher, washing machine, oven…
The bedrooms have either double bed or twin beds, which all of them are really comfortable, just to ensure a good night’s sleep, or a good “siesta” for those who are following the Spanish lifestyle.
The bathrooms are spacious, one of them has a bathtub while the other one has a shower. Bed linen, towels and hair dryer are also included.
The treasure of this house, however, is the huge chill out area with a private swimming pool, and backyard. Mediterranean nights are truly enjoyable, as the high day temperatures go down, the atmosphere cools down and looking up one would see a firmament full of stars. It is such an experience to enjoy the dinner, while cooking on a barbeque or enjoying the beauty of the surroundings!
Around the swimming pool there are deck chairs as well and a dining area with the space for 8 people. In the backyard, there is a ping pong table available for the leisure of our guests.
Knowing how difficult could be to park during the summer times, a private parking is available in our amazing villa.
Damage Deposit:
The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.

The Neighborhood:
For beach holidays with everything you need on the doorstep, Playa De Palma is a well-equipped resort with fabulous sandy beach and just a short trip from the airport.
Playa de Palma sits in the centre of a long sandy stretch of coastline on the south of Majorca, along with the neighbouring resorts C'an Pastilla and El Arenal. About 10km from the capital city of Palma, this beach resort is easy to get to from the airport, with transfers taking around 15 minutes.
The three resorts share a stunning stretch of beach - white sands line the coast for miles and this is the case in Playa de Palma. The beach here has Blue Flag status, and is clean and safe, with a gentle incline into the warm clear waters. There are plenty of facilities, including sun loungers and parasols for hire, watersports and snack kiosks, known as balnearios, which are dotted along the whole bay. Here you can buy drinks and snacks, and use shower and toilet facilities.
From Playa de Palma there are good transport links to the neighbouring resorts of El Arenal in the east, and C'an Pastilla to the west. The three resorts are joined by a wide, flat promenade, and the resorts are quite close together so they seem to almost merge into one resort, so it is no problem walking between them. There is also a tourist mini road train that travels between the three resorts providing an easier way to get around.
Situated between El Arenal and Can Pastilla, Playa de Palma enjoys a good mixture of international holiday makers and is less focussed towards any particular nationality (the other two resorts being favoured by German and British tourists respectively).
There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants serving up a range of international cuisine, and a few that serve more traditional Spanish and Mallorcan dishes, tapas etc. There are also many shops selling beachwear and accessories, holiday essentials and souvenirs.
Playa de Palma is a great base for a beach holiday, with lots of accommodation options, from budget to luxury. There are wealth of supermarkets and good value dining options to complement the many self-catering facilities, which sit alongside four and five star all inclusive hotels.
Most facilities in the resort, including hotels, are situated pretty close to the palm lined beachfront and the area is quite flat making this a very accessible resort for anyone with wheelchairs or pushchairs.
From Playa de Palma it is only a short trip back into the city of Palma, Majorca's capital city which has plenty of shopping and sightseeing opportunities. There are regular buses to Palma city throughout the day.
