Located in the "Secret Valley", a high valley near Dalaman, the stunning new villa is detached with views of mountains and the lake of Akkaya. Immersed in nature, you are surrounded by pine forests and olive trees.
A spacious, open floor plan with elegant décor and furnishings make this villa a perfect retreat. The villa was built in 2013 on a 2700 m² large plot and has with terraces and 2 balconies an area of 310 m². The hot water is produced with solar panels, a heat pump supplied in the 3 winter the underfloor heating. In the beautifully landscaped garden centers include palms, orange, lemon, Grapefrucht-, pomegranate, mulberry, almond and olive trees. The property has its own driveway with parking and turning area.

After the main entrance of the Villa right is an air-conditioned guest rooms with en-suite bathroom.
The living room is the house's center and combines the open kitchen with cozy TV and fireplace. There is a 117cm LED Television with German, Turkish and international programs.
From the living room, the kitchen and the TV / fireplace room, you can reach the terrace, the pool and the barbecue.
The two bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan on the first floor are oriented to the east and both have access to the east balcony.
