200-year-old wooden chalet, beautifully restored and comfortably furnished with 11,000 square metres of meadowland, large sun terrace, covered veranda, view of the entire Alpine chain opposite and Lake Geneva, with 1000 square metres of well-kept lawn, ideal for ball games, suitable for 4 people and dog.
Description: Entrance area, living/dining room with 200-year-old pizza oven that can be used as a fireplace, soapstone Swedish stove, fully equipped kitchen with oven and ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and food processor. Stairs to the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms one with a double bed (160x200cm Nordic with 2 duvets), the other with two single beds (2x 90x200cm), toilet with shower, living room with panoramic view, SAT-TV and home-office space WLAN. Outside large terrace with plenty of deckchairs, table and garden chairs, ideal for al fresco dining. Heating available in every room for cooler days and the winter season, as well as car park with turning loop.
