Villa is located in the picturesque village of Cilipi. Cilipi is an ideal location for guests who seek a peaceful setting, unspoiled nature, and the opportunity to experience authentic local customs and food. Villa is located 25 km south of Dubrovnik, 5 minutes from the airport and 7 minutes from the charming waterfront town of Cavtat which has wonderful restaurants, lovely beaches, and stunning natural scenery. There are also bicycle paths and a pebble beach within a few minutes’ drive.
Ground floor:
• Throughout the spacious ground floor, cream-colored floor tiles and large windows make the interior sunny and light. From the large hallway, one enters a sitting/dining room with a huge picture window that lets the colors of shrubs and flowers into the room. Two sofas and armchairs are clustered around the satellite TV. The dining table seats 8 people comfortably. Adjacent is a modern kitchen with a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking utensils and table. It also has a second dining table and direct access to the garden, terrace and pool area.
• Other rooms on the ground floor include a toilette, a pantry, a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and an office with a twin beds that can accommodate 2 guests.
First floor:
• On the first floor are three large bedrooms, one with king-size bed, one with double bed, and one with twin beds. All bedrooms have wood flooring, their own independently controlled air-conditioning, and large bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms have balconies. The master bedroom has its own dressing room and an exit to the veranda with a beautiful view of the center of Cilipi and the local church.
The villa is surrounded by a walled garden filled with Mediterranean herbs, bougainvillea, grapevines, lemon trees, and flowers - a lovely and private spot to swim, sunbathe and relax. The swimming pool has a Jacuzzi and a stone patio with sun loungers. There are two outside covered dining areas, one on the terrace by the kitchen and the second to the side of the villa with a large stone barbecue.
With 300 square meters of living space and a spacious swimming pool and lounge area, Villa offers comfortable accommodation for 6-8 guests.
