The house offers a maximum of 8 guests a wonderful sea view and can be described as a perfect holiday home. On a living and usable area of approx. 250 square meters, the guests expect a modern and with great attention to detail furnished stylish accommodation. The living area offers with its elegant gallery an attractive alternative to the usual holiday villas. Living and dining areas are visually separated only by a few steps and equipped with a tasteful fireplace. The integrated open and modern kitchen with a beautiful and practical cooking island is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Upstairs there is another fully equipped kitchen for independent use on both levels and the management of the beautiful roof terrace of the holiday home. The house is equipped with air conditioning and for cooler winter days guests have central heating. The house has a total of four cozy and charmingly furnished double bedrooms. Two of them have a bathroom en suite and the other two have a separate bathroom. Just as fast you can reach the old town areas of Alcudia and Pollensa with its many shops and the well-kept historic streets. There are also the weekly markets with the local specialties. Another popular destination is the Cap Formentor, the northernmost point of the island of Mallorca.
