Villa San Marco is located in Caprino Veronese 8 km from Lake Garda (12 minutes by car) and 8 km from the Affi motorway exit (10 minutes by car). The property is from the beginning of the XXth century in neoclassical style. The property is divided over 4 floors for a total of about 550 sqm. It can accommodate up to 13 guests.
It is one of the most extravagant homes in the region. The elegant entrance is preceded by a short stone staircase. On the mezzanine floor we find the entrance area, the wide staircase that connects the 4 floors of the villa, a large kitchen that also has a separate entrance, a double living room (dining area separated by arches), a magnificent and spacious terrace with a fountain (not working) and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor there is accommodation for 5 guests. There is a small sitting room with balcony, a master bedroom with double bed and spacious bathroom with tub and shower, a double bedroom, a spacious single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. On the second floor there is space for 8 guests divided into 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds pushed together, one double, one bedroom with 2 single beds. There are also 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and one with bathtub. Each room is different from the other both in size and shape and above all there have an individualist, rich and refined furnishings.
In the basement we find another living room, an interesting vaulted tavern, a large garage and an open-air space but protected by a gate for another 3 cars.
