Renovated in 2019 Upper floor: large dining room with panoramic window, large living room with satellite TV (no Swiss channels), exit to sun terrace (50 sqm), 1 bedroom with double bed. Lower floor: 1 room with 2 beds.Exit to the garden. The large kitchen is furnished to an elevator standard with dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, 4 ceramic hobs, coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave. The kitchen is equipped with towels, cutlery, cookware, etc. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. Internet (free 2 Mbit/s wireless LAN). There are also various games, ping-pong table and a charcoal grill. Vehicle recommended, parking near the house. Good public transportation connection 25 minutes walk. Astano is a cute little village and a good starting point for excursions and activities. Lugano distance 19 km from the vacation home, between Luino and Lake Maggiore so not reachable from Astano in only 20 minutes by car.
