Positive: Size, amenities, beautiful estate, location, easy check in process.

Negative: Unfortunately Communication with the owners was very poor. Needs to be improved significantly. No one reached out with check in details till I called on the morning of checkin. Then multiple follow ups on few issues were sadly not responded to (leave alone attended to). Cleanliness & maintenance- a lot to be desired. Such a beautiful property but not much cared for. Cobwebs galore, thick dust on window panes, nails on room wall, bed tray (for mattress support) was falling apart in master room, light bulbs not working in toilet and one of the rooms, sofa in living area was shaky, MISSING CURTAINS & BLINDS, rubbish bins were unattended and stinking etc etc… Wi-Fi - was extremely patchy. Phone network is low in the house as well hence Wi-Fi should be fixed pls. Few basics like iron , iron board , vaccum cleaner etc were missing. I understand it was peak season and back to back bookings but for the price , absolutely no excuses for the above. In several stays across Airbnbs, Hotels etc, across countries, I have never felt such a lack of communication with.

Summary: Good but lot to be desired.
