Positive: The best thing about the accommodation was the feline company - Tsarina. Staying with a pet might not be everyone's cup of tea, but my family and I really liked it. The house had an oldschool feel about it, with some modern touches, which was great. The location was awesome. Shane (the owner) had great communication and shared detailed information about the place.
Negative: The ventilation/fan in the main bathroom didn't really work, unless you opened a window. No split system air-con, only portable electric heaters and ceiling fans (I'm pretty sure this was advertised not to have air-con, so it's not really a negative). The wi-fi connection was weak during our stay, dropping out most of the time we were there.
