Villa located in a spectacular valley in the Tramuntana mountains of Mallorca, ideal for 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms, a private swimming pool open all year round of 20m x 5m and two furnished outdoor terraces.
It is located in a unique setting, in the middle of nature, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views.
Plot of more than 280 hectares.
On the first floor there is a large dining room with table for 20 people, and a living area with fireplace. In addition, on this floor there is a bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning products and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher.
On the second floor is the main entrance, after the hall there is a living-dining room with satellite TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a porch with a terrace with spectacular views. On this floor there are two double bedrooms with double beds and fitted closets, as well as a shared bathroom with bathtub.
On the second floor are the rest of the bedrooms. One bedroom with four single beds has a private bathroom with shower, a living room with TV and a terrace. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both with en-suite shower and toilet. The last bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower and washbasin. These 3 bedrooms can share a full bathroom with bathtub.

- Terrace Barbecue, going down to the pool is a first terrace where the wood oven and barbecue with different spaces.
- Swimming pool, spectacular space in the middle of the valley with infinite views, the pool is 20x5 meters and is equipped with sofas, hammocks, umbrellas and Balinese beds, this area also has a full bathroom with shower.
- Outdoor parking for up to 10 cars
In the house next door lives the couple in charge of running the villa so there will be 24 hours 2 people to turn to in case of any questions or any problems.
- The price includes daily cleaning of the outside areas (swimming pool, barbecue,...) and basic cleaning of the interior of the villa 2 hours twice a week (taking out the garbage, cleaning the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen).
- It is also included in the price the change of towels and sheets every 6 days, for minimum stays of 12 days.

- Late check out: late check out service is possible subject to availability and extra charge.
- On arrival there will be a welcome basket with basic food products, courtesy of De la Villa.
- Firewood is included to make fire in the different fireplaces throughout the house, which can also be prepared by the service if the client wishes.
- Finally we offer our clients the service of a personalized design of their vacations according to their preferences and tastes (excursions, cultural visits, restaurants, reservations, advice 24/7,...) consult the price.
- The villa has its own well so the water that comes out of the tap is drinkable and very good.
- A cupboard with drinks and different food products will be at the disposal of the client with the price duly indicated,
- The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car.
