Our holiday home Schöne Aussicht in a quiet location, up to 115 square metres in size (depending on the number of bedrooms), is situated at an altitude of approx. 560 m in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel. Not barrier-free due to stairs. You have a very beautiful panoramic view of our low mountain range landscape, such as Aremberg, Hohe Acht, Nürburgring and the Daun region. The Kyll cycle path is only 2 km away. Enjoy pure nature, peace and relaxation, as well as the amenities of a large, park-like garden. Seating and lounging furniture including cushions, as well as a barbecue area are available free of charge.
On the ground floor, the house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with separate freezer compartment and a dining area. A modern, spacious single bedroom with a 120 x 200 cm box-spring bed, wardrobe and seating area. The living room is furnished with a leather suite, a flat screen TV and a bookcase with a selection of books. There is also a selection of games for you to play.
The bathroom and 2 double bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of them has 100 x 200 cm beds and a spacious sliding door wardrobe. The 2nd double room is furnished with a box-spring bed measuring 90 x 200 cm, a wardrobe and a seating area.
he bedrooms are available according to the number of people booked. Changes are possible on site. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail in advance. We will then prepare everything for you accordingly.

2 persons booked = 1 double room.
3 persons = 1 double room and 1 single room.
4 persons = 2 double rooms.
An additional bedroom can be booked on site for a surcharge of 6 euros per night, For longer stays maximum 50 euros. For only 3 nights a total of 20 euros.
5 persons = 2 double rooms and 1 single room.
The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price. Change on request and for a fee.

We provide our own kettle barbecue free of charge.
E-bikes (incl. electricity) are parked in a lockable garage for a fee of 5 euros each for your entire stay. Motorbikes on request for 5 euros each for the entire stay. Bicycles free of charge.

On request and for a fee, we can provide you with: Washing machine and tumble dryer in the landlord's cellar next door. Our stainless steel grill (swivelling or rotating grill), is cleaned by us. Charcoal or wood for your campfire if available.

The Lampertstal hiking area with its juniper heaths is nearby. The Nürburgring, the Effelsberg radio telescope, the thriller capital Hillesheim, the Dauner Maare, Lake Kronenburg with the historic town of Kronenburg and many other sights can be reached quickly by car. You can do sports on the Dahlemer Binz, only a few kilometres away.
