Positive: The location is wonderful with great views and only a few kilometres from a town with a railway station for quick access to Florence and beyond. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. Having the small bathroom downstairs was handy with the main one upstairs near the bedrooms.
Negative: On arrival we were confronted by around 35 external stairs up from the carpark. We are 2 older ladies with large heavy luggage so this was a problem, especially as there was no assistance available. We would never knowingly have booked somewhere with these stairs but they had not been mentioned or photographed in the advertising or booking literature. The internal stairs we knew about and planned to leave suitcases downstairs but for the externals there was no work around and it resulted in my 70+ year old sister injuring her back which sadly has impacted the rest of our holiday. The internet is strong when it's working but it drops in and out continuously.
Summary: Great views but be aware if Stairs are a problem!
