Beautifully located, spacious bungalow in the outskirts, close to the Westensee with plenty of recreational activities invites you to relax, unwind or to activities! Despite the quiet location you will find a lot of infrastructure in the immediate vicinity. 45 m2 living room and 2 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor and another bedroom in the basement. On the ground floor shower room and separate toilet, in the basement another toilet with sink. Very nice conservatory. In the park-like garden a brick patio with outdoor fireplace and garden furniture for 8 people. The house is also in bad weather, which happens in Schleswig-Holstein quite ;-), ideal to live in and offers plenty of space with cozy corners to read or relax!
