The bungalow is fully equipped and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The living room has a large dining area and 2 double sofas as well as a satellite TV with German and Spanish programs, and you can also receive some English channels via the receivable Astra satellites. On the ground floor there is the living and dining room, the kitchen with a dishwasher and a large fridge, here there is an additional room where, among other things, the washing machine is also housed. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor is a veranda, which can be protected from wind, rain and sun and is ideal for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as for relaxing. The large balcony (approx. 15 sqm) on the upper floor invites you to linger and is equipped with 2 deck chairs and a side table. Also upstairs are the two bedrooms and another bathroom. You reach the upper floor by a wide staircase. In the completely tiled private garden property there are 2 sun loungers, a large table with 4 chairs and a parasol. A gas grill is also available for use here. We also have other folding chairs for you, which you can also take to the beach. Year of construction: 2002 Renovation in: 2018
There are two pools, which are supervised by a lifeguard between June and September, for safety. One of the pools is a non-swimmer pool.
The distance to the beach is about 800 meters. You do not have to climb any slopes, so this is within walking distance.
You live here quietly and close to the sea, the house has a south-west orientation and you are awakened by the sun's rays. Of course, only if you want to, all windows and the balcony door are equipped with external blinds.
Arrival from Alicante airport by car takes approximately 15 minutes. It can be reached easily and inexpensively by bus or taxi.
