Positive: Great location and a helpful host. The shower section in the bathroom is divided by a curb stone as an obstacle for water. The kitchen equipment is very limited but is enough to cook a simple breakfast. Toiletries: liquid soap, toilet paper. Cleanliness is very basic but could be described as acceptable.
Negative: No curtain in the bathroom, and shower water splashing down the floor. Semi-transparent curtains in the bedroom, take your sleep mask with you if you are not going to wake up with the sunrise.
