Cuglieri, a mountain village on the west coast of Sardinia, with about 2600 inhabitants, is situated at the foot of Monte Ferru at 479m above sea level.
The location invites you to go hiking, cycling, swimming (4 beaches can be reached in 10-20 minutes by car) and much more.
All three airports are about 1.5 - max. 2 hrs away....
The neighbouring village of Bosa is described in some travel guides as the most beautiful village in Sardinia.
Shops within walking distance meet the needs of daily shopping.
The accommodation:
the house offers generosity and retreat possibilities. Even with 6 people there is enough space. The rooms are large and well ventilated, so air conditioning is not really necessary. Every room has windows that can be opened, also the bathrooms. The spacious terrace offers natural shade depending on the season and time of day, otherwise make use of the sunshade.

Parking is available within a 3-minute walk, access to the house is possible, but turning facilities are poor....but "everything" is possible...

Racing cyclists among you will certainly get their money's worth...uphill, downhill with spectacular panoramic views...pure nature.

Summary: Pros: Das Haus war wirklich wundervoll. Sehr sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Auch Bettwäsche, Handtücher zum Wechseln. Die Betten haben gute Matratzen. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Ort und sind immer für einen da, geben einem tolle Insidertipps und kümmern sich sehr. Man kann nicht direkt bis zur Haustüre fahren, aber zwei Minuten zu laufen ist kein Problem.Man findet auch in der Hochsaison immer einen Parkplatz.Zum Gepäck entladen kann man auch bis ca. 30 m davor schnell parken.Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen tollen kleinen Laden in dem man nahezu alles für den Alltag kaufen kann. Die wunderschönsten Strände sind ca.30-40 min weg, kleinere gibt es auch näher.Tolle Ausflugziele gibt es ohne Ende im Umkreis. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen!!!
