The popular Es Trenc beach can be reached from here in less than 10 minutes and there is a car park directly in Sa Rápita. The fine sandy beach is several kilometres long and has lovely chiringuitos (beach bars) with sun loungers and parasols for hire.
The small town of Campos is approx. 15 minutes away and offers a beautiful town centre with shopping facilities, boutiques, typical cafés and bars with traditional Mallorcan cuisine as well as some very good restaurants with international cuisine. There is a large weekly market on Saturdays, including a flea market, antiques and souvenir stalls. There are three large supermarkets and a Müller market on the outskirts of the village. The area around Campos is characterised by fields and agriculture and offers good routes for cyclists. There are several riding stables in the neighbourhood.
About 12 kilometres away is the small town of Llucmajor, which has a very nice pedestrian zone and a weekly market on Fridays, which also includes a flea market. Llucmajor has largely retained its traditional character and is well worth a visit with a stopover in one of the classic café-bars on the market square.
The nearest coastal towns are Sa Rapita, S'Estanyol and Colonia Sant Jordi. Sa Rapita has a beautiful, small harbour with the popular Club Nautico restaurant, from where you have a fantastic view of the beach and sea. There are a number of very good fish restaurants along the seafront promenade. Colonia Sant Jordi also has a charming harbour and 3 beaches. There are lovely cafés and bars at the harbour and several fish restaurants with views of the beach and harbour. S'Estanyol has a small marina with a good restaurant.
Thanks to its excellent transport connections, the rural hotel Es Llobets is a good starting point for excursions to discover the island on your own. Palma is less than 35 minutes away, the Tramuntana mountains are around 45 minutes away and the north of the island is less than an hour away.

A small path leads from the hotel to the separately located, approx. 125 m² house, which is furnished with great attention to detail. The successful mix of hand-picked antiques and modern elements creates a cosy ambience. The fully equipped kitchen is accessed from the terrace. Directly next to it is a cosy living/dining area. The 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room are accessed via a small hallway. 2 bedrooms share a bathroom, the 3rd bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are bright and have direct access to the outside area. Heating and air conditioning are also available.
SPECIAL FEATURE: Guests of the self-sufficient finca can use all communal areas as well as the terrace(s)/garden and pool of the finca hotel. The two houses (hotel / finca) are only 50 m apart and yet the holiday home enjoys complete privacy. It is possible to book breakfast or occasional evening meals (for an extra charge) at the hotel.
