Positive: Location, outdoor areas of house.
Negative: Some fittings were broken, the shower had to be unblocked by us and the shower area needed some mould treatment. Some of the mosquito netting on the windows were not secure so we had some problems with mosquito's at night. We arrived late in Palma and missed doing some food shopping before we drove to the property, so we drove to the house without knowing what was available at the house (a clear detailed list of things like food and drinking water at the house would have been helpful). There was a good selection of fresh fruit, a small amount of bottled drinking water, and not much else. The next day we tried to order some food from the supermarket contact the property suggested but that supermarket said they could not deliver for another two days, so we had to spend a lot of the following day driving to the nearest supermarket for essential supplies (not an easy or short task given the precarious and dangerous nature of the road!) . Worst of all, towards the end of our stay the next door neighbours (a dive company) had an extremely loud party for nearly 16 hours non stop, finally stopping at 4am one morning. The hostess said she rang the neighbour to complain on our behalf but that was ignored (the music was turned up even louder). We visited the neighbour ourselves to complain the next day but never really got to speak to the owner or at least we were told the owner wasn't present. That experience really left us unsatisfied with the whole holiday.
