The log house was built in 2004 and has multiple insulation against heat and cold in the floor and roof area and is therefore comfortable to use at any time of hunting. The log house is connected to the oil heating system in our house via a heating line and thus offers a pleasant, warm living environment even in the cold season. The living area is comfortably furnished with thickly upholstered rattan armchairs and a pull-out sofa bed. A large walk-in wooden corner cabinet is integrated into the living area for storage. For your information, there is a CD cassette radio, a mod. Flat screen TV with satellite system as well as a video, DVD recorder available. The kitchen area consists of a dining bar with high chairs, functionally designed kitchen furniture with E-Herrd with ceramic hob, refrigerator with small. Freezer. Toaster, kettle, coffee machine and multifunctional microwave (roasting and baking function).
The bathroom is equipped with 3 function shower, toilet, mod. Bathroom furniture, windows, heating with drying rack, play cupboard with large washbasin and hairdryer. Tiled walls and floor.
A 10-step staircase takes you to another adventure area - the sleeping loft, which is prepared as a rest and sleeping area for 3 people (2 adults / 1 child) and can be safely reached and used safely thanks to the surrounding railing for the stairs and floor.
Each bed is equipped with a separate reading light and the stairs with a staircase night light (switchable from above and below).
A restful sleep in the fresh forest air is guaranteed by a small window.
The FH is not suitable for people with physical deficits (e.g. walking difficulties) due to the staircase leading to the sleeping loft.
Ferienhaus - Laura offers much more than comfortable living in a quiet environment and numerous opportunities to relax and feel good. An extremely convenient location, right on the edge of the forest.
The beautiful surroundings are right in front of the door. Here you can take walks or beautiful hikes, enjoy the great outdoors, fill up with oxygen, unwind and relax. Just as you would like it to be for your vacation.

There is also a grill ready for you to spend a holiday evening.

The property is only fenced in on 3 sides - i.e. the access side is open.
In the summer months, the pool can be heated by solar absorbers.

In winter, at temperatures below minus 3 ° C, a ski run is groomed even without natural snowfall and can be reached in 5 km (Zschopau). A large number of groomed trails have been created for ski hikers
The Ore Mountains and spec. Our region (Zschopautal) - centrally located in the middle of the mountains - has its special charm in every season of the year and many sights worth seeing and in every weather. Castles, palaces, old fortified churches, hist. Railways, adventure pools with saunas, show mines and historical mountain towns are all around.
We are close to the B 174 (1.5 km) junction-Zschopau-Nord, the next bus stop is 200 m (Waldhotel) and the next train station (Wilischthal) 1000 m away.
Our log cabin (non-smoking house) is designed for a maximum of 3 people (e.g. 2 adults, 1 child). All windows with insect protection.
The log house (property) is bordered on 3 sides by a thick green hedge and additionally by a fence (on 3 sides). Outside the winter season there is a pagoda for a pleasant stay in the fresh air in any weather (sun / rain). Pavilion with a comfortable sofa is available.
A private parking space is available on the property for cars.
