Positive: Our second time staying here, it has fabulous views including the loch. Great to watch the wildlife, red squirrels, hares and birds of prey. The holiday home itself is great, very clean. Has everything you need, nice open plan living room and kitchen. Beds are very comfortable, having two bathrooms is also a bonus. The village has a great selection of gift shops, and there's plenty of Nessi stuff/trips to do. There are also some fabulous forest walks/waterfalls to visit. Highly recommend Cairngorm Mountain Railway as well as afternoon tea with the coos.
Negative: Nothing really to complain about, getting an evening meal in the village can be a bit hit and miss, there is very limited choice as most places close early so there isn't much in the way options. One hotel allows non guests in the restaurant but only if they are not too busy. Putting a second shower in over the bath would be great, saves the queue in the morning :)
