The small "wooden villa" offers the original charm of a cottage with the comfort of a holiday home in an authentic environment. Rent our cabin directly in the nature park Sölktäler. The Nature Park Sölktäler are one of the youngest nature parks in Austria and maybe a true insider's tip for a relaxing holiday.

A security deposit of 200 € is to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival and will be returned within 7 days of departure. Deposit 200 €, 2 weeks before arrival via bank transfer.
Quiet cottage styled single-catering house. It is not only rented an apartment but the entire cottage with garden. The cottage is not in the valley, but not on the farm and offers on 950m above sea level a balance between mountain, valley and easy access. The cottage is located in the small village Großsölk right next to the castle Großsölk that from May - is also home to a museum of October.
Around the house are old apple trees against is not yet a human allergic and a sunny terrace opens the view into the wonderful mountain scenery of the Nature Park-Stein. The cottage is on a road within easy reach. In winter, travel costs will be cleared of snow plow.

Car:
We have the cottage interior with a lot of love in part-renovated (kitchen, bathroom, room) (loft only partially renovated) At the heart a fully automatic pellet central heating has been integrated. The cottage is built of centuries-old wood in a time in which the wood rings were still very close together. So once a Styrian original that will not be perfect but has grown like that. The wood construction promotes a hypoallergenic environment.
The pellets fired heating wood from our region and is thus very effective & sustainable. Thus, you always have it nice and warm. Before the cottage is an old natural fountain murmurs to himself,
